I am hooked..to the point where I cant even fall asleep with out getting my fix. My husband is so pissed off, that hes threatening to sleep in the spare room. Something had to change or I was going to be alone, again… didnt want that! It started about 5 years ago when I bought a Harold Robbins books, because I was going to England on vacation and wanted something to read on the plane. Ive never been much of a reader, but that has changed. So after I settled into the overnight flight, I opened my book figuring that it would help me doze off. That didt happen. But I had my eyes glued to the book until the plane got so dark that I couldnt see the page. So, I clicked on the overhead light… it startled Ryan, and everyone nearby. I felt so bad. So, I begrudgingly flicked it off and tried sleeping as well, even though all I wanted to do was keep reading. Later, as we were walking through the airport, I noticed a Book Light in the airport duty free shop needless to say, I snatched it up without a second thought. Never again was darkness going to keep me from the end of a really juicy plot. IT WAS THE BEST DISCOVERY I EVER MADE! Not only did this reading light help feed my late night reading addiction, it also turned out to be a handy night light, perfect, during the night when Id get up to pee in those tiny dark British hotel rooms. We also discovered that it made a great map light, on the night we drove from Liverpool and Manchester and got lost. The only two complaints with my Itty Bitty Reading Light was that it was really cumbersome due to all of the AA batteries it needed, and, it went through batteries like crazy! So when it finally died, I went in search of the perfect task light. My first stop was naturally Amazon.com.. where else can you go to get honest five star reviews and get the greatest stuff?! CONS: - It keeps ‘disappearing from my nightstand guess what hes getting as a stocking stuffer for Christmas - I dont like having to change the batteries I just dont know what Id do without this awesome light! I also clip it to my computer to use as a keyboard light, its the perfect night light for kids, you can clamp it to your shirt when you need a hands free light. I even have one in my glovebox because its such a great task light. I kinda went off on a bit of a tangent, but, in my opinion, the no. 1 Book Light from the The Little Book Light Company and Common Sense Goods is a marriage saver… I wouldnt be able to read in bed at night without mine.
